Wyse Technology Wins Prestigious 'Supplier of the Year' Award for Outstanding Quality from ADP Dealer Services

Wyse Scores a Remarkable 99.5 Percent for On-Time Delivery and Quality Performance

Wyse® Technology, the worldwide leader in secure, managed thin clients, today announced the company has received the "Supplier of the Year" award from The Dealer Services Group of Automatic Data Processing, Inc., (ADP) a provider of integrated computing solutions to motor vehicle dealers in North America and Europe. Wyse was chosen out of 26 companies in ADP Dealer Services' Supplier Performance Program, which based the rankings on delivery timing, product failures and value performance. Wyse scored high in all categories with their always on-time delivery, reliability and user-friendly products. ADP Dealer Services utilizes Wyse's low cost, quick access 508-VT general-purpose terminal to assist its customers with their desktop computing needs.

"Our customers depend on us to maintain important data, such as payroll information, so there is no room for mistakes," said Gary Hunt, senior buyer and planner at ADP Dealer Services. "Wyse's general-purpose terminals provide data security that is crucial to our business needs. The company's reliable technology and helpful support staff well-deserve the 'Supplier of the Year' title."

ADP Dealer Services' Supplier Performance award selection process emphasized value performance, evaluated suppliers' quality of products, and reviewed the warranties they offer. Customer service provided by Wyse's skilled technical support staff also comprised a portion of the value performance criteria. Wyse received an overall score of 99.5 percent, one of the highest scores achieved by a supplier. ADP has installed Wyse's multi-platform, alphanumeric general-purpose terminals to meet the computing needs of its customers.

"We work hard to accomplish a high level of service and are committed to a strong customer satisfaction policy," said Jim Crocco, vice president of North American sales at Wyse. "We are honored that one of our customers would recognize us for not only delivering a quality product, but also maintaining the highest levels of service and support."

ADP Dealer Services utilizes specially customized version 508-VT of Wyse's general-purpose terminals to support its customers' use of software applications. Wyse's low maintenance general-purpose terminals are Energy Star compliant, and provide added security and superior functionality as well as low total cost of ownership.
